Dave Anderson is a graduate of the University of Kansas and began his real estate career in 1977.
As a former partner in the Wooldridge Anderson Thompson Realty Company, Dave acquired extensive
experience both as a real estate investor / owner and in real estate site selection, construction, project
management, and contract / lease negotiations. Dave is an expert in all phases of office, retail, industrial,
and land sales, as well as in leasing. He is a lifetime member of the Missouri Realtors Association’s
“Million Dollar Club” and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
