Bob Gingrich has “done it all” during his 40+ years in the commercial real estate business, including
operating his own real estate development and marketing firm from 1981 through 1991. Gingrich Real
Estate Development Group, Inc., specialized in the development and marketing of office condominium
projects. Before establishing his own firm, he was involved in the development and marketing of Crown
Center, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc. that is an urban, mixed-use development
that includes hotels, office buildings, retail shops, restaurants, and residential buildings. Prior to his
association with Crown Center Bob was involved in the development and operation of eleven regional
malls for Morgan & Dreiseszun and for Copaken, White & Blitt. Since 1991, Bob is recognized as
“The” office condominium expert in the grater Kansas City area.
